Aiming to achieve the fastest and reliable services, we conduct cutting out and processing of a wide variety of materials ranging from super heat -resistant steel to general steel, titanium and aluminum by using wire electric discharge machines or band saws.

〔Cut-out〕
To achieve our goal of offering the world's quickest and shortest turnaround in the industry,
we use wire-electro discharge machines and sawing machines of cutting and abjustments on a variety of materials ranging from regular steel to ultra-refractory steel, titanium and aluminum.

【Band saw】
The band saw machine with super hard blades saves many cumbersome steps by controlling the clepth of cut automatically.
(The maximum cutting size:400mm diameter、400 mm thickness×700 mm width)

【Wire-electrical discharge machine】
The wire-electrical discharge machine has the top level of processing speed, fine surface processing and high precision processing. We conduct cutting with advanced machines.
